We deliver higher value and quality since our core manufacturing capabilities include precision machining, plastic welding, high-purity Teflon plumbing, and pure bonded, fusion-welded manifold assemblies used for semiconductor-grade chemical handling and high-purity fluid systems.

Vertical integration allows us to control quality and delivery while reducing the multiple cost markups you may experience with other contract manufacturers. As a specialized fluid delivery equipment contract manufacturer serving semiconductor OEMs, we perform all assembly in neat areas or certified Class 1,000 and 10,000 cleanrooms, with isolated assembly areas when needed.

We also provide advanced assembly services. We can assemble anything from critical aerospace assemblies to process-critical semiconductor assemblies that contact the wafer, chemical systems, subfab equipment, and more. With facilities in the US and Southeast Asia, Foresight Technologies supports OEM platforms developed by semiconductor equipment suppliers in the United States, Taiwan and across the global semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem.

Our systems are critical to the success of our contract manufacturing services. We have a fully integrated shop floor planning system, automated capacity planning, and automated scheduling. Our order management system (OMS) instructions are generally at the same detail level as our customers’ instructions, and Certified Operator Training work instructions separate us from our competitors. We focus on low- to medium-production quantities with projects supporting high-purity fluid infrastructure and CHIPS Act process piping systems for next-generation semiconductor fabs.
